well, it does tell you how well you take the IQ test and you can compare it to how well others take the IQ test.  It's certainly not the end all be all of measuring intelligence though.

Besides the barest of possible conclusion, it is. Intelligence cannot be quantified as a single number (much like left-right political ideology) since there are many forms and many aspects. It's all subjective too, anyway, and based on background and education more than true intelligence.

The test seems to measure how fast you take it. So being tired hurts you, always spending lots of time to make sure that you're correct hurts you, liking to take things slow because rushing feels awful hurts you, and slow reflexes hurt you.
