So the question is when did the Hillary Campaign Team know that they might the lose election?

1.) I think it was reported to interm DNC Chair Donna Brazile in early afternoon of Election Day that Black Turnout was down by 25% in Detroit.

2.)  When NC and FL was called for Trump?

3.) When Wisconsin was called for Trump?

4.) Or other?

I think they were in denial until the very bitter end.

Probably when Trump just would not let go of his lead in Florida, despite Clinton doing everything that a Democrat typically does to win in the state (run up the score in Miami-Dade and Broward, win Hillsborough & Orange county, and keep it close in Duval county).

The final nail in the coffin for me was when Trump opened up with a sizable lead in Wayne County, Michigan. That to me signaled that something was horribly awry in the Rust Belt, even if Clinton did end up winning the county by a large margin in the end.

They should certainly have known they might lose when they fell behind by 100,000 in Florida with at best even areas left to count on both sides.  This was about the same time that Trump took the lead in North Carolina with outstanding areas mostly favorable to him left to count.  By this time on election night, Trump was far ahead in the Ohio count even though the state had not been called for him.  By this point in the evening (~11 PM EST), they should have been very concerned.

When this tweet was sent out, they realized they could well lose, I think that was when Florida was too close to call.

This was already debated a while ago.

When they cancelled the fireworks celebration a week before the election.

The national headquarters had a lot of denial. People on the ground in Michigan tried to get their attention.
