Was toying with what a US divided in 5 districts but with all the constituent states forbidden from bordering each other. I got this.

Mathematically, you can get it to 4 states with none bordering another.

Without looking at the numbers, wouldn’t yellow, red, and blue be dem, gray GOP, and green pretty close to even?
