Too difficult.

Between the Lions, Sagwa the Chinese Cat, Mr. Rogers, Arthur,...I could go on, but those standout right now. Didn't have cable, so this, Kids WB, ABC Family, and Fox Kids/Fox Box were pretty much the only channels for shows on a regular basis.

None, because it's a waste of government money and #FireBigBird!

No, but seriously - Cyberchase and Mr. Roger's Neighborhood are like the bomb. I also enjoyed Reading Rainbow and Arthur. And Sesame Street was always up there.

I loved cyberchase , that I religiously watched it every day at 5 as a kid and even though most of the time I was watching reruns I watched it anyway .

Sesame Street, Barney & Friends, Reading Rainbow, and Mister Rogers' Neighborhood.  Arthur is terrible IMO.

And while we're on the subject, Barney always looked more pinkish than purple to me.

3-2-1 Contact/Bloodhound Gang

honorable mention to:Electric Company and Sesame Street

3-2-1 Contact kicked ass.  Very science heavy.

These are the main ones I can think of right now.
