In my opinion:

1. Pennsylvania
2. Michigan
3. Wisconsin
(NE-02)
4. Arizona
5. Florida
6. North Carolina
7. Iowa
8. Georgia
(ME-02)
9. Texas
10. Ohio

I could see Wisconsin and Michigan being flipped, and maybe Georgia and Iowa could be flipped as well, and this is just where I see things right now.

I would be surprised if Trump lost Wisconsin, especially after the new efforts by the Wisconsin GOP to limit early voting and strip powers from Tony Evers and AG Josh Kaul in a lame-duck session.
