I really hope Democrats get assistance from another country in 2018. The only way to fight fire is with fire.

Question for the dems on here:

If I set up a gofundme account to raise money for my brother who has cancer and receive a 5k donation from a man who turned out to be a serial killer who had stolen the money from his victims, should I be held liable for taking the 5k donation at the time?

or

If I am walking along the road and a pitbull from the nearest house jumps the fence and attacks me, and I get away with the help of someone who just 15 minutes ago had shot someone in a gangwar, should I feel bad for being helped by that horrible person?

If trump did not ask for putin to help him, how is this a big deal?

That's exactly what he did ask:

The FBI getting involved is big. Remember they have a higher standard before involving themselves.

(Yeah, yeah, Comey letter. He had to amend testimony he gave under oath. I don't fault him that)

in fact trump should have stated publically that russia tried to communicate with his campaign - as they did - and use it as a club against obama for his weak foreign policy.

that would have been the REPUBLICAN way at least.

Stolen property would not be yours to keep and you'd end up getting charged with possession. The money would be frozen.

Trump knowing or not is not the issue, it's the fact Russia interfered. If they did it once, they could do it again.

Hillarious to watch Trump supporters demand actual evidence while their candidate elect ran an entire campaign on a pack of lies, conspiracy theories, and sources like Infowars and Facebook memes. Pathetic
Infowars and Breitbart aren't perfect but they're more trustworthy than the Bezos blog.

lol
You seriously suggesting that the Bezos blog is a trustworthy source. In that area its not as good as infowars, clearly not nearly as trustworthy as Breitbart and not even in the same league as the best news outlets like Gotnews.com

Sure it is. It's the difference between this just being a wake-up call on cyber-security and a straining of relations with Russia but nothing else changes vs. the President-elect being complicit with a foreign power to commit crimes against American citizens.

Well we have a President where the FBI and CIA believe Russian intelligence tried to aid. I feel we're in some exciting Tom Clancy novel provided he took LSD while completing this one.

You should have to give the money back, unless the victims' heirs are cool with it.

No.

By this point, I'm guessing you're in law school or you're a social psychologist.

If trump did not ask for putin to help him, how is this a big deal?
Wow. George Lakoff is right: conservatives really don't get systemic causation.

So the LBP moral cognition peice about how Democrats are laking human logic or emotions is a two way street depending on which moral psycologist you are talking to.

But it really just seems to Republicans that everything that happens to a person is because that person is getting rewarded or punished. Bad day at work? The team blew an easy game last night? Your candidate lost when he was up past the MoE in the polls? Shouldn't have touched yourself in the shower last night. Amirite?

Has there ever been a more illegitimate President-Elect than Trump?

- Dangerously unqualified
- Lost the Popular Vote by 2.5 million votes
- Russians did all they could to help him
- FBI did all they could to help him

no the FBI didn't if they did they wouldn't have clear Clinton or at least WAITED UNTIL AFTER THE ELECTION! and b the Russian never hack the voting machine and C this just confirm all the bad stuff in the wiki leaks are true if so that mean Clinton stone the primary from Bernie.
