Trump/Pence are going to be booed everywhere outside of a MAGA Rally. And it will only get worse as time goes on. Will Thin-Skinned Trump allow that?

Err, I don't think so...

Not a whole lot of real estate there, eh? Clearly, dems ave a geographical problem.

Hey, you know what might fix that? Calling everyone racists!!!11!!11!!1!1!1!!1 /s

Please understand three things

1) There are Democrats in the Trump areas
2) Clinton won 48% of the vote, and most of the blue areas are densely pockets of urban areas, but that doesn't make them any less important than flyover country
3) It does not mean you have more of the country than we do

There are very people in most of those grey counties, so that's not an overwhelming argument of confidence. Fact of it is, most people disapprove of Trump, even many of those who voted for him.

With that said, being booed comes with the territory when you attach yourself to someone like Trump.

Trump doesn't even know the difference between theater and theatre. Theaters are where films are films are shown, not where stage shows are put on. Stage shows are done in a theatre. There is a difference.

Why are people responding to this map as if it's a reflection of the election results?

Trees may have standing, but they don't have the vote.

Why are people responding to this map as if it's a reflection of the election results?
Then

1. what is that map?

2. where is a county map of the election results?

1) It's a map showing that half the US population live in the blue counties. Needless to say, I would be very confused if a map of Democratic counties in 2016 did not have a single county from Upper New England, and Hawaii except Oahu.

2)

(which of course is pretty shocking in its own right - look at Minnesota!

Usually people wouldn't pay money to watch the cast of Hamilton lecture Mike Pence. It's not like the cast includes Bill Clinton, who is worth ten thousand dollars a minute in speeches.

donald trump *literally* complains about wanting a safe space

I see that you wear a German shield so I don't know whether your native language is English, but actually he did not.  He literally used the subjunctive mood rather than the present indicative.  "This should be..." is literally rather different than "I want it to be..."

Moreover, he's right.  I don't agree much with The Donald, but people go to the playhouses to enjoy performances.  Mike likely did not go there to be bothered with policy questions.

That said, I will admit that were I an actor in a play, and a statesman showed up in the audience and I had a pet issue that merited a thorough vetch, I doubt I could have kept quiet about it.  Also, Pence has said that they were not rude, so there's really no problem with the comment.

The real problem is more insidious.  Although it seems to be all the rage, I have never tweeted a tweet so I have a hard time relating to any of the twits who use that medium, including The Donald.  I'm aware that according to some reporters the Arab Spring, the general election of 2016, and many workers strikes have been settled with Twitter, but I have a hard time taking seriously anything that requires you to make your case in 140 characters or less.  Theater, he mentions, but what he really ought to mention is short attention span theater, and in that he's apparently in the American mainstream.  The sound-bite mentality is largely responsible for his victory, so I doubt he has any reason to point out that it is a problem.

I think he might be saying that as a fan of the theater.

Though it could be expert trolling.
