Senators,

If you wish to run for the position of President pro tempore, please so indicate in this thread. Otherwise, I might miss a candidacy declaration.

A vote will be held later this week, pursuant to statute. I've not settled on a time yet, and am open to suggestions.

I would like to put in my candidacy for the position of President Pro Tempore for this Senate.

The best time for a vote to begin, for me, would probably be Thursday of next week. If that is too far away I will probably at least be on once every day or so.

Only Southerners can hold an office forever! (Strom, Byrd, StatesRights...)

I announce my candidacy for Dictator Nega Tempura. Tongue

I'm not really interested in being PPT, I'm interested in bossing the PPT around.  Smiley

Personally I was under the impression that Gabu was not allowed to run again or else I wouldn't have run myself. I personally would love to see Gabu continue in his position as PPT. As such I will probably vote for him in the PPT election since he has demonstrated that he is a competent, informed and industrious PPT.
