If Trump Wins, Will you support a possible primary challenger(s)? I'm Trump 2016, but Cruz 2020 with far more enthusiasm. Unless of course the Trump administration is absolutely amazing, which is very well may be. But if its so great, no one will primary him in the first place.

Depends on how his administration goes, I suppose. Since he's given every possible answer on every possible issue, we have no idea, so it's hard to answer. If he just lets congressional Republicans walk over him, I'd be fine with giving him another term. If he acts the way he did on the campaign trail, I would support almost any primary challenger (and Ted Cruz for sure).

Personally, I'd gladly support Justin Amash or Charlie Baker primarying him. Of the Democrats, Gavin Newsom, Al Franken, Tim Kaine, Jon Tester, or Dick Durbin.

Jeff Flake, Ben Sasse, and Cory Gardmer would be pretty good, too, but I can't see one of them primarying Trump.

At this point I can't tell you who I will vote for in 2020. In four years I'll know though.

It's very likely that I'll be a Cruz 2020 guy.

Justin Amash, Rand Paul, Ben Sasse or Rubio should that magically happen, otherwise I'll skip the primary and vote for who ever the LP nominates in 2020

Depends on how his administration goes. My first choice would be Portman but I doubt he'd run.

In 2020, I will vote for whoever I view as the most conservative viable candidate, as I always do.

I agree that Gardner is unlikely to primary Trump, especially with his Senate seat up that year. Sasse is also up that year, and while I think he wants to be president I doubt he'll risk his safe Senate seat (what are the laws in Nebraska about running for Senate and President?). Amash seems to be the perfect antithesis to Trump, so he seems like a likely primary challenger. Baker, not so much, even though he's #NeverTrump. I can't quite see him primarying Trump for some reason. For the Democrats, Kaine is a likely candidate, as are Gillibrand, Klobuchar (if Franken doesn't run), and Hickenlooper. Newsom is a likely Democratic candidate for president in the future, but it's hard to see somebody mount a Presidential run after only about a year in the governorship. He is more likely to run in 2024, 2028, or 2032. And first he also has to win the 2018 Governor race (if he loses it would be to another Democrat). Tester will have to first win reelection in 2018, but with a Trump presidency in this hypothetical he likely would. He may also have trouble winning the nomination due to his pro-gun stances. Durbin will be 75 in 2020, so I doubt he runs.

I'd vote for anyone as long as they were opposing Trump, unless somehow Trump actually governed the opposite of how he campaigned.

Isn't it a tad premature to be asking this question?

I will never support Trump. Give me Cruz/Rubio/Sasse/Ryan/Haley/Kasich any day. If there is a primary challenge, I will support the challenger.
