Who would be good choices for moderating the general election debates? Charlie Rose? Diane Sawyer? Gwen Ifill? Maybe bring back Barbara Walters or Charlie Gibson from retirement?

Anderson Cooper would be my first choice. Also Megyn Kelly just to annoy Trump.

Anderson Cooper, Martha Raddatz, John Dickerson, I'm sure there's another name somewhere.

Larry King, his work on the 3rd party ones last election were far better than any of the moderators in 2012.

Coop has shown himself to be a pretty good moderator.

Of course they'll have to have a final showdown between Trump and Kelly.

No way on either of those two.

It's okay. We know Trump is scared of professional and seasoned reporters who would scrutinize his positions on national television.

I know. We should bring his son and daughter to moderate the debate. They can be certified reporters from Trump University within the week.

I doubt it.  I'm pretty sure we've never had a Fox News personality moderating a general election debate, and that's unlikely to change this time.  If it did change, they'd presumably use Chris Wallace rather than Kelly, but that's unlikely to happen either.  I can't see anyone from Fox News Channel or MSNBC being picked for this.

Was it Martha Raddatz who did the VP debate in 2012? If so, then her.

He'll never get the nod now that he's been outed by DNC Wikileaks.

It's 2016, what's wrong with a gay moderator?

Jake Tapper, Anderson Cooper, Candy Crowley, John Dickerson. Basically, people who aren't scared to fact check. There's a reason no one from Fox News ever gets picked for these.

Nothing to do with his qualifications.

As long as they don't get Candy Crowly or anyone else who'll interject any actual politics into it.

Candy Crowley of CNN probably is semi retired, but who knows? She may come out of retirement to moderate another debate.
