Not including DC. I included states that I consider to be safe Democratic states. In 2012, Obama's best state was Hawaii. In what state will Clinton have the largest margin of victory?

Oops, I meant to list Washington as well. Washington is a valid write-in answer even though it is an unlikely answer.
