What would the race have looked like had Sanders won the Democratic nomination?

313: Businessman Donald Trump/Fmr. Gov. Jon Huntsman - 52.0%
225: Senator Bernie Sanders/Representative Henry Cuellar - 45.0%
Others - 3.0%

With Kirkpatrick giving the Democratic keynote, Sanders wins Arizona narrowly even as Trump wins Utah.

Probably pretty similar to how things look now, though perhaps Sanders would be struggling more in OH/FL.

You mean right now or in November?

Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT)/Gov. John Hickenlooper (D-CO): 272 EVs, 48.5%
Businessman Donald Trump (R-NY)/Gov. Mike Pence (R-IN): 266 EVs, 48.4%
Mayor Michael Bloomberg (I-NY)/unknown running mate: 0 EVs, 2.2%
Gov. Gary Johnson (L-NM)/Gov. William Weld: 0 EVs, 0.6%
Others: 0 EVs, 0.3%

A nail-biter of an election, with the possibility of a 2000-style recount in Pennsylvania.

Sanders wins by the same margin I'd expect Clinton to win by.

Sanders 52%, 348 EV
Trump 45%, 190 EV

What would the race have looked like had Sanders won the Democratic nomination?
What's the POD? Does he win Iowa, NH by a bigger margin, and win Nevada by a point or two?

The reason I ask is because if he was the frontrunner before April, Bloomberg would probably begin mounting ballot access attempts nationally.

It was an empty threat. The same end result as the possibility of a Romney independent party run.
