The clearly delineated fictional parts of her thoughts may indeed be complete nonsense, but this woman presents her scenario within a scaffolding of facts that I don't think anyone disputes. (I do try to sift out the nonsense on the internet that is spouted as pure conjecture; this seems to be a bit more than that...).
