Similar to the presidential version. Everybody starts with $1,000. Max bet is $1,000. Make bets on congressional races.

Balances:

TNVolunteer: $1,000 ($500 currently bet)
xingkerui: $1,000 ($700 currently bet)

Bets:

1. $500 Mark Kirk defeats Tammy Duckworth (offered by TNVolunteer, taken by xingkerui)
2. $200 Catherine Cortez-Masto wins (offered by xingkerui)
