It seems Kasich did well in the college student areas of Tompkins, but it was really the rural areas that are why it was Cruz's best county. I'm guessing Cruz won gun nuts.

Interestingly, Bernie's best precinct in the county wasn't college students, but a very rural area.

The Bronx wasn't Hillary's best by much. She came pretty close to matching her performance there in Westchester and New York/Manhattan.
