Here is my guess based on how a 2016 hypothetical exit poll would look like (note I have given 2% to other in each category)

Those numbers seem good. A lot of more comprehensive polls show very similar results for the 18-29 vote. I think she will end up getting a point or two more of the black vote, though.

Not going to speculate on the other groups.

I highly doubt the gender gap would be that small in a Clinton vs. Trump race.  Only a 12 point gap between men and women?  That would be narrower than almost every presidential election since 1980:



[The above is from 538, posted during the 2012 campaign, so 2012 numbers were based on polling at the time.  But the eventual gender gap looked similar to those numbers, though Obama did better with both men and women than the polling at that time.]
