meh, whatever.  I would be against it if I lived there, but it's their problem.  And I'm sure there will always be loop holes big enough to drive a '68 Caddy through, if you got the money of course.

Yes, but I fail to see why that's a bad idea. Norway have access to incredible large quantities of energy, which are hard to export, so it makes a lot of sense to shift the consumption away from easy exportable energy to energy which are harder to export.

Now Sweden will have to do the same by 2024.  Which means Denmark will have to commit to do it by 2022.  

Meanwhile, Finnland will make no such commitment but will have it done by 2019 in a way that is superior to the others even several years later.  But nobody will pay attention to it.
