Who wins if Rubio somehow came back and won the Republican presidential nomination?  Would he still be electable? Discuss with maps.

Crushed under her heels like a bug. If Rubio can't win against Trump, and Cruz in his own party, if he fails to bring out the base in the primaries, what makes you think he'd win against Hillary?

The answer stopped being Rubio after the NH debate.

Rubio just doesn't have the stamina or the ability to debate and really grapple with Clinton. Clinton has been in politics since the 70s and is almost the definition of Washington insider. Clinton knows what she has to do to win. Rubio just simply hasn't shown that yet. I dislike the "little boy Rubio" moniker (frankly, I dislike name-calling in general), but it is accurate. Rubio, like a hundred other posters have said, is all style and no substance. He is the Republican Barack Obama without any of Obama's calm, cool, collected cerebralism.
