Will Kennedy finally get a senate seat in his third attempt, second party label?

^ Kennedy has really ramped up his presence on local media.

Up until now, he was a fairly tolerable and benign D turned R. Recently, though, he's become quite a massive HP; he's very vocally been trying to undermine Edwards' efforts to fix the state's fiscal house.

I was wondering about that. I saw the twelve minute JBE's address re: the budget crisis, and also Kennedy's response. From the best I can tell this far outside Louisiana, I can't find another politician who shares such an outspoken visceral hatred of JBE's efforts.
