This kind of upsets me, I'll have to look into it later, but should he get the nomination that might be the turning point for me to decide not to support him at all.

I believe in 2015 defense dropped to 16%.  Still it is at least a top three expenditure.  I don't know how you balance the budget while cutting taxes and increasing defense spending.
