Can Erica Garner, the daughter of Eric Garner, the unarmed African American man who was killed in a chokehold by the NYPD in July 2014 in Staten Island, defeat Daniel Donovan in NY 11 (Staten Island and Southern Brooklyn) in a year with presidential turnout? She endorsed Senator Bernie Sanders for president.
