She managed to impress enough to rise from the kiddie table to the big leagues, and then went even further with many saying that she had a stand out debate performance to rise to at least third in the polls. Was Fiorina's debate first few debate performances really that good? I don't doubt that her rise in the polls was a fluke but did she do as well as everyone said she did?

She had a week in the sun and that was about it. She never had any policy ideas that stood out and generally came off as rude in the debates.

Her greatest moment:

Her first debate performances were mainly due to her being a beneficiary of the staged Planned Parenthood videos.

I watched the first kids table debate, and her performance in that was pretty overrated. That being said, I think she actually did do reasonably well in the second debate. She was on-message and was the only candidate to actually do some damage to Donald Trump in any of the debates thus far, even if it was only temporary.

Fiorina tied Trump after that debate. Gravis never lies.

This makes most sense. Aside from just not being what the base wanted, she didn't have much to build on I think. I'm not sure if she stood for much other than generic Republican talking points.
