Trump donated to his own campaign $10.8 Mil, but still out-raised a few of his competitors with $2.6 Mil from other people.

Well technically he donated $113k and lent his campaign $10.8m. He can always use future contributions to pay himself back the loan, even if it it years from now. So Trump is still not really self financincing.

Kasich:
Raised: $3,193,731.54
Spent: $3,333,575.92
Cash on Hand: $2,537,300.60

I think Kasich is the last candidate to report.  Lessig doesn't seem to even have a campaign committee.

I found Lessig's, it took some searching.

I don't think that's Lessig's official campaign committee.  The filing says that the committee is unauthorized.  Maybe it was his exploratory committee?

Edited: You are correct.  LESSIG2016.US is Lessig's official committee.  The FEC's website was never updated to reflect that for some reason.

How did Walker spend nearly $2 million after he dropped out?
$400K was refund of contributions. Lots of credit card payments, and it looks like a lot of expenses for staffers that must have been on personal credit cards. Walker didn't drop out until just before the beginning of the 3rd quarter, so the bills would have been received and paid in the fourth quarter.

He still has about $1.2 million in debt.

The two pro-Kasich Super PACs raised $3.6 million in the second half of 2015, and have $2 million cash on hand left:
