Problem with Dave's Redistricting App

I recently bought a new PC and attempted to use Dave's Redistricting App. When I started it, it said I needed to install Microsoft Silverlight. I installed it, and restarted my PC, but it still keeps asking me to install Silverlight. I have also tried multiple browsers with no success. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Silverlight is being phased out. You might have to download an older version from a third party site.

I have a machine from 2015 and I uploaded Silverlight last spring. I use Internet Explorer since other browsers are terminating its use. I upgraded the machine to Win 10 last month, and Edge of course doesn't use Silverlight, but I can still open the IE app in Win 10 and DRA works there.

Ah yes, I see now. Using IE instead of Edge or Chrome works. Thanks for the tips.
