I'm putting this here rather than on the Presidential Primary Election Polls board because this isn't really a poll, just a compilation of them. Please move this if I'm wrong.

Simple Methodology: I took all of the polls for each candidate and averaged them out.

Republican National (Change from November):
Donald Trump: 35 (+5)
Ted Cruz: 15 (+4)
Marco Rubio: 12 (+0)
Ben Carson: 11 (-8)
Jeb Bush: 6 (-0)
Chris Christie: 3 (+0)
Rand Paul: 3 (+0)
Carly Fiorina: 3 (-0)
Mike Huckabee: 2 (-1)
John Kasich:2 (-0)
Rick Santorum: 1 (-0)
Jim Gilmore: 0 (-0)

Democratic National:
Hillary Clinton: 56 (-0)
Bernie Sanders: 31 (+0)
Martin O'Malley: 4 (+1)

Republican Iowa:
Ted Cruz: 28 (+13)
Donald Trump: 27 (+3)
Marco Rubio: 12 (-1)
Ben Carson: 11 (-10)
Jeb Bush: 5 (-1)
Rand Paul: 3 (+0)
Carly Fiorina: 3 (-1)
Mike Huckabee: 2 (-0)
Chris Christie: 2 (-0)
John Kasich: 2 (+1)
Rick Santorum: 1 (-0)
Jim Gilmore: 0 (+0)

Democratic Iowa:
Hillary Clinton: 52 (-1)
Bernie Sanders: 36 (+0)
Martin O'Malley: 6 (+2)

Republican New Hampshire:
Donald Trump: 26 (+0)
Marco Rubio: 13 (+1)
Ted Cruz: 11 (+2)
Chris Christie: 10 (+4)
John Kasich: 8 (+0)
Jeb Bush: 7 (+0)
Ben Carson: 6 (-6)
Carly Fiorina: 4 (+0)
Rand Paul: 4 (-0)
Mike Huckabee: 1 (-0)
Rick Santorum: 0 (-0)
Jim Gilmore: 0 (+0)

Democratic New Hampshire:
Bernie Sanders: 48 (+6)
Hillary Clinton: 44 (-2)
Martin O'Malley: 5 (+2)

Note: I rounded to the nearest whole number, so +0 means less than a 0.5% gain from last month's rounded number and a -0 means a less than 0.5% loss from last month's rounded number (+0 also means no change from last month).

A slight update (not that it matters much since no-one likes this thread of posts [*sniff*]):
Because I used the Huffington Post for this and they just decided to add Data AL (R-America Leads/Christie) to the polls they are using in New Hampshire, I have updated the New Hampshire numbers for December 2015.

Republican New Hampshire:
Donald Trump: 27 (+1)
Marco Rubio: 13 (+1)
Ted Cruz: 11 (+2)
Chris Christie: 11 (+5)
John Kasich: 8 (+0)
Jeb Bush: 7 (+0)
Ben Carson: 6 (-6)
Carly Fiorina: 4 (+0)
Rand Paul: 4 (-0)
Mike Huckabee: 1 (-0)
Rick Santorum: 0 (-0)
Jim Gilmore: 0 (+0)

Edit: The only changes are for Donald Trump (27 (+1) instead of 26 (+0)), and Chris Christie (11 (+5) instead of 10 (+4)).
