Millenials are the least-white generation in American history.

So this result isn't surprising.

Don't forget most self entitled. 56% is a bit lower than I'd expect, though, with Trump being painted as the face of the GOP.

This poll was taken before his comments on Muslim immigrants, though.  Which implies that if the poll was taken today, it is likely that Democratic numbers would be significantly higher.

Then things aren't as good as I thought, but certainly no worse.

56 looks about right, most Millenials don't like to see themselves in pre-defined boxes.  I would expect more of them to support 3rd and 4th parties, and independent candidates, than previous generations.

This false stereotype is still making rounds? You're thinking of the Baby Boomers, the most entitled generation of all time.

If we consider the millennials the liberal generation and those who follow them a more average/conservative one, then the political generational divide is 1992-ish, not the late-90s.

Remember that Romney won the 1992-1994 vote in 2012.

Not really, it's a reflection of the fact that exit polls have measurement error just like other polls.
