Lindsey Graham is at 1% in SC. Think about that.

If Carson didn't have a super bad week, that who know what the polls gonna be like after the debate.

It is clear now that Carson was on the trajectory of leading Trump.

so far this is the only poll (national or state) we have seen since Carson started getting bad press and it happens to be his best showing in SC so far.  Then again the polls that came out immediately after Cain's bad press didnt show a decline, that took a couple weeks to sink in.

This was the first SC poll in almost a fortnight - so JUST before the national Carson surge started. Considering we don't know how much of the poll was taken across each day, plus we know it takes up to a week for negative/positive news to filter into poll results, I think we need to see more results.

My gut feel, useless in this context but, is that Carson was already surging in SC before this poll.

Latest polls from the first three primary states show a consistent picture in all three: Close race between Carson and Trump for first, with Rubio in 3rd:

Iowa (CNN, Oct. 29-Nov. 4):
Trump 25%
Carson 23%
Rubio 13%

New Hampshire (WBUR/NPR, Oct. 29-Nov. 1):
Trump 18%
Carson 16%
Rubio 11%

South Carolina (Monmouth University, Nov. 5-8):
Carson 28%
Trump 27%
Rubio 11%

According to Rich Lowry,
36% of Carson supporters would go to Rubio, 13% to Bush and 10% each to Huckabee and Christie.

Amongst Trump supporters, 26% would go to Rubio, 14% would go to Christie and 9% would go to Bush.

Can't tell you how often I've heard "It's down to Trump and Carson, and I like Trump but he can be a little... aggressive... you know?  And I really like Carson, he's a great guy, but I worry that he just doesn't bring the experience that Trump does."
