After I tore apart his ridiculous argument that there was a separate capital gains tax that was not repealed by this. Capital gains are taxed under this at a 16% rate, just like all other personal income, but it does replace the current capital gains tax. That doesn't make it less revenue neutral, since my income tax revenue statistic used to calculate the rate includes capital gains income AND payroll tax income. This replaces both.
People who don't know what they're talking about shouldn't make accusations, and better yet, shouldn't lie about my motives when he knew from page one there were no deductions, or wouldn't have compared it to the payroll tax.
