Say Trump decides not to run, and Jeb wins the primaries as he would have. How would he be doing?

The Iowa Trumpless debate showed him to be the most knowledgeable policy-wise out of all the republican candidates, and based on merit and policy discussion, he won that debate.

Clinton was planning on picking Kaine probably since late 2014/early 2015, in anticipation of an election vs. Jeb, so she still picks him. How does the map look?

He would have more support from Hispanics, given his brother, his wife, and his liberal views on immigration, English as the official language, and other related topics. Indeed, early polls showed Jeb with 32% support from Hispanics while all the other Republicans were struggling to get 20%.

That support from Hispanics means that he would be besting Trump's current performance in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, and Virginia (though he, like Trump now, would have a chance of winning Florida alone).

However, Bush would not have Trump's record-level support from blue-collar white voters (or anything near it). Therefore, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Michigan are not possible for Jeb.

Lastly, the last name will hurt his support with moderate Democrats and independents.

She'd be doing incredibly well. Nominating Bush would have completely dismantled any dynasty/corruption arguments against Hillary. He would've been the single worst candidate the GOP could have run this cycle, including Trump and Carson.
