I watch Crash Course all the time. Economics, history (US,world, and big), anatomy, chemistry, government/politics, and biology are my favorite Crash Course subjects.

I am also in love with Epic Rap Battles of History, although they're battles are going downhill.

AsapScience, CGP Grey, VSauce, Big Think, Scott Manley, and some others I'm probably forgetting about are also educational channels I like.

NigaHiga, Jenna Marbles, the Fine Brothers, Good Mythical Morning/Rhett and Link, Wong Fu Productions, and some other channels I'm probably forgetting about are also hilarious/entertaining.

How about you guys?

The various #InsertArtistHere channels that have recently popped up, and Barbara Booey for Howard Stern related material.

I don't really do channels, but I watch LevelCapGaming weekly.  HappyHour has some good stuff (MobSquad is a Minecraft thing/Battlefield Friends is a ...ahem...Battlefield thing....both are freaking hilarious).  One of my boys has a channel, but it's mostly CS:GO (not a fan) stuff.  And the Official MST3K of course.  I've been re-watching Dr Katz lately.

Mostly I just play music and stand ups as background noise though.

I haven't watched specific channels regularly since 2008/09. Most of the people I watched back then are no longer active like CaptainOAwesome, Brainpolice, SLCThunk. The Amazing Atheist was really the only one that I watched back then that's still active though I don't watch him anymore. He appealed to me more when I was going through my misanthropic atheist phase.

I doubt any Youtube channel will ever rival MysteriousAtlas:
