I haven't found a topic on the filibuster issue.  Is there one or I could start one.

It definately effects senate races I think.

There are topics on filibustering and the Nuclear option...mostly in General debate.

I don't think there's a topic on how the ongoing debate affects congressional races, though.

How does it affect them? Someone who actually has something to say, step forth and be heard. Smiley

Well Bus used it pretty effectively in 2002 and the grass roots of GOP uses it strongly to rally the base to try and get an up or down vote.
