1. Term limit all members in congress to 12 years in congress within a 22 year period.

2. You can only get campaign donations from people in the state or district you are running in, for example a person in New York cant donate to a senate election   in Ohio.

Term limits are a terrible idea to end corruption. If you want lobbyists writing laws and strong-arming inexperienced congressmen and a constant churn of elected officials so that there is no time to gain experience/knowledge or the clout necessary to stand up to outside interests, then term limits are a good idea.

So long as capitalism exists, so too will legislatures be corrupted by men and women of means. You can't divorce capitalism from government of, by, and for the wealthy.

There is no evidence that term limits would curtail corruption, and yes of course additional campaign finance law would help towards that goal. I advocate for public financing of campaigns, myself.

Term limits seem to have done Missouri little good in regards to ending rampant corruption.
