It seems like he's getting cold feet and keeps delaying his announcement. I wonder if he'll decide not to actually join the race.

He might have less interest now that 3 out of the 4 declared Democrats opposed the Iraq war, and 2 even voted against it. It's obvious that he strongly disagrees with Hillary on foreign policy, but the other 3 are much better.

I like Webb, and he would add experience to any ticket.  But he also has a history of controversial statements that, however true or false they may be, arouse resentments that don't serve him well.
