As someone with many friends who are hijabis, I am baffled that Abercrombie thinks hijabs contradict the "preppy" look. Have you seen what some of these girls can do???

Thomas sometimes strains gnats to come up with a reasoning to support his views. While ideally, it would be nice to think that a neutrally worded policy would never have disparate impact, the whole history of civil rights law is liberally strewn with neutrally worded policies adopted for the specific purpose of having disparate impact and then being struck down.
