This was just a one-shot protest designed to disrupt people's lives. From what I can tell, it certainly didn't win any hearts and minds and generally made the protestors look silly.

Thank you, it's something hard to know as a foreigner whether something is a really a "thing" in USA or it's just a internet circle jerk of either SJWs, right wingers complaining about SJWs or both.
