Even though gubernatorial races are often closer in Washington, I think Likely D is probably about right. Even though Inslee isn't terribly popular, he has the benefit of running in a presidential year, and he's certainly not going to be facing a tougher GOP opponent than McKenna. I'd say Likely R is better for Indiana, and North Carolina should probably be a toss up.
