Nope! Disqualified.

Pros- Can appeal to progressives.
Extensive executive experience.
Proximity to New Hampshire and the New York media market.
In one of seven states where Democrats will have control of state legislatures. Gives him a chance to do something big.

Cons- Rather anonymous for a Governor from his geographic area.
That was a narrow reeleciton in a pretty liberal state.
No particular interest in another middle-aged white guy as President.

He's incredibly boring and unlikable. He could never win the primary, even without Hillary and/or Biden running, and he would never be a VP candidate. Case dismissed.

Barely won deep blue in deep blue CT both times, very polarizing and unpopular there, and only won by running a scorched earth campaign. His gun control bill he pushed could cause problem in Midwest + PA, FL, VA and not sure what he adds to the ticket.
