To the extent that other countries' voters, parties and other groups donate money to political campaigns, is there data on those contributions? Do other countries have equivalents of the Federal Elections Commission?

I ask because I think it would be interesting to compare the amount of money spent per vote in US federal elections to the amount of money spent per vote in British or German or French or Swedish elections.

All such data for British elections is on the Electoral Commission's website.
