First, thank you to Governor TJ for choosing to nominate me.

For those who don't know me, I began my involvement in Atlasia during the summer of 2009, having served as both President and Vice President. I was in the Mideast for nearly 4 years, having served four terms as Governor and also a brief time in the Assembly.

The last time I was Governor, I may have ruffled some feathers, but I brought activity in this region to a level it had never seen before and a level it has not seen since. I did this by increasing activity among both sides of the spectrum, which created competition and rigorous debates, debates my side didn't always win. But I don't regret it, because I think at the end of the day, it made the Mideast better off.

This region has clearly fallen on hard times - activity is at a level I have not seen in years. This is my home region, and I would love the opportunity to work with Governor TJ and y'all to return it to the greatness it once was. Thank you.

I have a commitment to making this region the best it can be, and hopefully the time it takes to do that is only a few months. The Mideast used to be the prime place to be in Atlasia and it no longer is. Immediately upon taking office I will craft a strategy with Governor TJ to help revitalize the region. While policy is always important, I think our number one strategy going forward needs to be boosting activity.
