I know that VP Biden flies in AF2 (the VP's own plane), but isn't there a Marine 2 helicopter especially for the VP .

Actually Air Force Two, Marine Two, Navy Two, Army Two, etc. is simply the callsign of the  aircraft carrying the Vice President.  While the Vice President doesn't usually use one of the VC-25's that are typically used as Air Force One, if he did, it would be called Air Force Two and when the President uses one of the C-32's that are the usual Vice Presidential plane, it's called Air Force One.

As for Marine Two, Both Marine One and Marine Two are provided by Marine Helicopter Squadron One and the only difference between Marine One and Marine Two is who is aboard.
