I am a young man living in NJ, non married. I did a self screen on an NJ welfare site, and it said due to the info I put in, I am eligible for Medicaid, Food Stamps and the General Assistance program.

1) how do Food Stamps work? Are they a direct payment of cash?

2) how good is Medicaid? Does it cover dental and prescription drugs?

3) how much money per month would the General Assistance program give a month? Would such assistance end if I got a minimum war job?

As of now, I have no income and my income for last year was less, way less than 10k, and I live with non parents and non guardian family members

SNAP (aka Food Stamps are not a cash benefit).  The way they work these days you get a card like a credit card which you can use at a store that accepts them to buy food products. Unless you are receiving disability payments or unemployment insurance, I believe you are limited to three months of SNAP per five years unless New Jersey has chosen to use its own funds to be more generous. (That 3 months out of 60 might be for Welfare instead.)

Medicaid does not cover dental for adults, but it does (or at least did) for kids.  (Again, New Jersey might extend that with State funds, but the Feds don't cover it.)

In short, if you are an able-bodied adult with no kids, it is impossible to survive on government benefits alone despite the myths surrounding them.

I'm not sure you'd qualify for General Assistance. Are you truly at immediate risk of homelessness, or currently homeless?

The average SNAP benefit in New Jersey appears to have been $134.97 per month, but as a single, non-married young man without kids it's much more realistic that you'll get less than $50 month. My friend back in Boston was on food stamps for a while, and his monthly benefit was somewhere around $36.

I don't think this is the best place to look for advice.

ConservativePoliticalForum.com would be a much better place to ask this question. I'm sure they'll have ample advice for you.

Or better yet: Join a non-denominational, Bible-believing church. Because reasons.
