Who cares? He's got nothing. He's not basing his stance, for or against, on what the constitution says. He's trying to interpret the constitution based on what he believes. Ignore him.
It's because he keeps posting the same nonsense about the constitution and the 10th amendment in every thread related to gay marriage, and then he never comes back to address any of the actual constitutional issues involved. It's infuriating, and he should feel bad about it.
It's what an ingrained hatred does to a person.
