I didn't change the wording a bit, with one exception. I added the word "procedure" after the phrase "the same". Otherwise, I just made the bold represent new text, and strikethroughs represent text removed from the old text.

A final vote is now open on the underlying Constitutional Amendment, Senators please vote Aye, Nay or Abstain.
