We were debating this in Ingress chat and decided, yes. Like real ghettos are Compton, Watts, East St. Louis, Camden and much of Detroit. There isn't anywhere in Minneapolis like that. There are no ghettos in Minneapolis. If you think anywhere in Minneapolis or a ghetto or "scary" to go through (like so many of the Enlightened) you seriously need to leave your upper middle class suburban bubble.

What part of Minneapolis is similar to East St. Louis or Camden?

A Disney "classic" from 1993 or so suggested that there ARE ghettos in Minneapolis; and that they are for little white hockey players.

Referring to most places, especially in the United States, as "ghettos" is somewhat ignorant.

And the richie rich white kid from Edina was correctly spurned as a "cake eater" as all people from the 3 E-towns are (Edina, Eden Prairie, and kinda Eagan)

Eden Prarie's really the only one that deserves that kind of reputation. Edina being thought of that is a pretty 70s way of thinking and Eagan has just as many small room/relatively affordable apartment complexes as big houses.

Well yeah... the affluence has moved away from Edina in various directions.  But they're still cake eaters. Cheesy
