I don't think barfbag's vote counts, since he didn't really mark who his vote was for.

Personally I think his intent is obvious - DemPGH/SirNick in the race for President/Vice President and Spiral for Mideast Senator.

He should've followed the rules, all he had to do was mark his ballot and his vote would've been valid.  Technically, he cast a blank ballot, so any assumptions about his intent are pure speculation from a legal standpoint.

He knows how to do it, he voted correctly in the last at-large senate election.
