Let's assume Hitler was successful in the 1932 German presidential election.

Conventional wisdom suggests that with Weimar already functioning under the presidential emergency powers, he'd have an easy way with establishing the Nazi regime earlier. However, since in RL making a deal with the army (and getting rid of the SA influence) enabled him to gain an absolute power, would he be able to achieve this in 1932? After winning the election, he'd probably be more indebted to forces such as SA and, with Hindenburg out of office, it's questionable whether the Reichswehr would be friendly toward him. Also, he was yet to make a deal with the conservative right.

Probably not much of a difference, although World War 2 might have began in the fall of 1938 due to the crisis over German demands for annexation of the Sudeten borderland of Czechoslovakia.
