I really did try to answer as honestly as I could. Yes, I am a rather macho fag I think. Smiley

You and I seem to have scored the highest with the 'masculine' score. Which is interesting.

83.333...% masculine
33.333...% feminine
60% androgynous

...which means, going by margin between masculinity and femininity, I am the single most masculine person who has reported their results on this thread Tongue

That's not really how it works. One of the points of this is that masculinity and femininity are not mutually exclusive and so they should be measured as separate variables. You have the highest gap between M and F, but Afleitch (and Torie) is more masculine than you, according to the methodology of this test. Theoretically it is possible for the same person to be the most masculine and the most feminine person on the Atlas Forum Tongue

74.167 m
72.5 f
73.333 n

Ha!!!
I would never notice I'm such an androgynous person.

But this test is clearly cr*p: It doesn't ask what a fit you throw if someone (specially your beloved one) tells you to ask directions, instead of searching for the right way by yourself; how much you can control your stare when your next to the bottoms of someone in the gender(s) of your preference; neither your inability to talk nonstop for an hour or more about beauty products and hair.
So, its really of no use to evaluate masculinity.

No. Gay are knowing masculinity. So much than they seek it in their life partner.

You scored 60 out of 100 masculine points, 37.5 out of 100 feminine points, and 60 out of 100 androgynous (neutral) points.

I guess I'm satisfied with those numbers. For the vast majority of questions, my answers were on the right side of neutral.

I guess that makes me one of the more feminine round here. Well, that's something I expected : didn't I just visit the "Paris Haute Couture" expo in Paris with a female friend just yesterday ?...

Oh and how do you differentiate self-reliant from self-sufficient ?

self-reliant: Se fier sur soi-même
self-sufficant: Être auto-suffisant

I think.

Yeah, well, thanks, but doesn't really help. What actions or character traits define one and the other ?

It's not a very clear difference. To me, self-sufficient means that you have the capacity to take care of yourself, whereas self-reliant means you rely on yourself to deal with things instead of asking for help from others. It's a subtle difference. That's just my understanding of it, I'm not sure what the formal difference is (if there is one).
