They were Dzhokhar's roommates. They apparently threw some things in his room away, sometime after the bombing but before the manhunt. Unknown if they knew they were doing anything wrong.

It's looking like they are accused of making false statements and obstructing justice.  There are no new threats to Bostonians.  CNN's Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin says they're  likely to face upwards of 5 years in prison and/or deportation.
