On a local radio show, per Twitter. Will make a decision by year's end. Don't think he does it, new committee assignment. On the Senate side Cotton and Darr will have decided by summer, plus Hutchinson has a solid start in the gubernatorial primary.

Filing deadline's a year from now IIRC. In January he implicitly said the end of May. Can't wait too long if he wants to run against Pryor. On the other hand, it doesn't make sense to build up all this suspense since November (he first broached it a week after the election!) and finally say you're sticking with the House.
