Santorum is most likely, though Rubio and Ryan have a shot too, and even Jindal & McDonnell have a possibility

I think Ryan would be the Iowa frontrunner.

He's from a neighboring state, and would start out as a top-tier candidate which gives him an edge over some of the others.

Last year, Santorum was seen as the last remaining conservative alternative to Romney. I suspect his supporters will abandon him for Jindal or Rubio or McDonnell.

As a minor note, I don't see Bush running against Rubio.
